FC ST PAULI PIECE WINS AWARD

>> I’m reposting this piece on the matchday experience at FC St Pauli, Hamburg, for no other reason than I fancy blowing my own trumpet. Earlier this afternoon I won a German National Tourist Board award for the story, at a ceremony in London. Obviously I was delighted to have the piece recognised, particularly as I didn’t enter it myself. Anyway, it was a lovely afternoon with typical German hospitality… and best of all there were two other Norwich fans on the table next to me.
